Jiffy Lube - Tracy, Ca

Jiffy Lube Tracy is a 4,000 sf ground up facility that included a 1,114 sf pit located 9’ below grade. New wood framed building that included new office, restrooms, customer lounge, employee breakroom and four service bays. Finishes included paint, tile, acoustical ceiling, Retroplate finished shop floor, millwork, storefront, and eight overhead shop doors. The oil service pit is cast in place concrete with vapor barrier to ensure pit was water tight. We had to coordinate with Jiffy Lube equipment provider prior to setting of structural steel and pouring of concrete to ensure reinforcement, equipment anchors and slab penetrations were properly located at equipment locations. This project also include site and landscaping work. Site consisted of new grading, underground utilities, sand/oil separator, new paving, striping and two bio retention areas. Landscaping of new planter islands, entry and perimeter of site including two bio retention locations.

5.11 Tactical - Manteca, Ca

5.11 Tactical was a 40,000 SF tenant improvement that we just completed inside a 400,000 SF industrial tilt building. We combined their Modesto and Lathrop facilities into one operation in Manteca, CA. This project consist of offices, conference rooms, work out area (Cross Fit Gym), lockers, showers, break rooms, shipping & receiving offices, custom print shop, and open office areas.

Elevate Gymnastics - Elk Grove, Ca

The project is a tenant improvement in an existing building to expand the existing square footage from approx. 20,000 sf to approx. 38,312 sf. The scope of work included modification to a demising wall, saw cutting to construct (2) new gymnastic pits, construction of a new viewing area for parents and guests, new men’s and women’s restrooms, new office space, and changes to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinklers.

CTBC - San Francisco, Ca

CTBC Bank San Francisco is a 3,885 sf Tenant Improvement in China Town.  We demo’d the interior finishes from the previous tenant and replaced them with new.  There was wall demo to revise layout of existing offices and creating a new ATM room.  New tile, carpet, VCT and paint throughout. Installed new interior storefronts at new offices. Furnished new millwork, interior doors, and new card reader at main storefront entrance for ATM after hours entry, along with keypad locks at interior doors.  In lieu of acoustical grid or hard lid system, we installed a gypsum grid system on sales floor with linear lights and linear diffusers.  We completed infill of exterior wall where previous ATM machine was removed and install of new slate to match profile of exterior storefront.
