This tenant improvement consisted of a 25,660 ft² warehouse and a 2,688 ft² office build out. We moved swiftly on this build-out and coordinated with our client, the landlord, and tenant, Wheel Pros, on this construction project to get the job done. The interior office is vibrant with colors, finish laminate millwork, and luxury vinyl planking.
