A 2500 ft² tenant improvement for a future T-Mobile store. A new separation wall between sales floor and stock room and a new restroom were constructed. We modified one existing restroom for ADA compliance and added a new electrical panel, meter set, lighting and controls, new storefront doors, new paint and finally, cut in new exterior rear door.
