Del Sol – Pier 39 - San Francisco, CA
This was an 832 ft² tenant improvement on Pier 39 in San Francisco. This project consisted of demo of existing restaurant, new storefront, new fypon building faćade, complete electrical system, new lighting and controls, construction of new hard lid ceiling, fitting room, stockroom, interior and exterior paint, new flooring, fire sprinklers, patch and repair of pier and new signage.
