We undertook the ambitious task of creating a groundbreaking venue for IAA Auctions in Stockton. This project consisted of a 9,933-square-foot pre-engineered metal building, designed for mixed occupancy, is taking shape as a modern marvel. Within this cutting-edge structure, we’ve created distinct zones for vehicle storage, auction arenas, offices, and customer facilities.
