This is a 3,721 ft² tenant improvement where we constructed new offices, conference room, open area, single user office restrooms and warehouse restrooms. Work included new mechanical, electrical and plumbing. New interior paint, carpet, tile, doors with side lite, restroom partitions and drinking fountains.
