Sushiko

This project was a 1,500 ft² tenant improvement. We converted an existing taqueria into a new sushi restaurant on a design build basis with our client. This was a step-by-step process to ensure our client received a finished product that met their expectations. The project consisted of metal stud framing, drywall, polish concrete floor, new kitchen equipment set up, wood stain soffit, plastic laminate sushi bar wall, and paint finish.  We met and exceeded our client’s expectations of their new restaurant.
