Work for this project included a 2,129 ft² tenant improvement, with the addition of a new bike studio, restrooms, office, storage, laundry room, trainer podium, and student platform. Also, double wall construction with an acoustic barrier, sound isolation pads, resilient sound clips and STC rated doors.
