West Coast Magnetics - Stockton, Ca
This 5,291 SF tenant improvement project expanded West Coast Magnetics’ operations into vacated units. Construction included new offices, varnish room, cleanroom, breakroom, ADA upgrades at two existing restrooms, and mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing updates. Pacific Construction is honored that West Coast Magnetics entrusted us with their expansion.
